This website aims to provide the visitor with better understanding of Taijiquan. It contains some eastern philosophy, texts on taijiquan, practical information on taijiquan, applicable Traditional Chinese Medicine. The actual form itself can easily be perceived as moving meditation as it is a series of slow, controlled movements, developing strength, balance, posture, and calm. Taijiquan can be practiced at any age and physical ability. Though most information can be used by practitioners of any style the emphasis is on Wu-style taijiquan.
